Unfortunately, all servers on our network run on 1.18.2 due to issues stemming from Paper 1.19 conflicting with our system. Paper is a better optimized Minecraft version and it allows servers to perform better. If you want to run 1.19 regardless, our support team can change your server version. However, this cannot be undone.   Consequences of changing your server version to 1.19 include world corruption, lag, broken plugins, etc.   If you still want to do this, send us a support ticket at  https://yourworld.gg/support  and we'll be able to do this for you!

If you've looked at our store, you may have noticed a package called "Premium Support." This article aims to clarify what premium support is, and what you're able to do with it.   What is Premium Support? Premium Support is a monthly subscription which allows our team to do certain things on the server that we don't do for regular users. These processes are time consuming so we only perform them for premium support subscribers.   What you can do with Premium Support: Have a world uploaded Have datapacks added Fix YAML/JSON related errors Fix plugin configuration errors   Unfortunately, if what you're desiring isn't provided in the bullet list above, we won't be able to do it for premium support. However, if you have a suggestion for premium support, please message our Operations Manager.   Lastly, please note that, even though you have premium support, it may take some time to achieve your requests. Additionally, frequent large requests may not be fulfilled.
